History
Powercoat’s initial business is the manufacture and marketing of coil coatings for the domestic market. Long-term plans shall include capturing the export markets as well. Recent product development and offering was made to a roofing tile manufacturer for their clearcoat requirements. Similarly, Powercoat has offering for a complete roofing restoration, reinforcement, and maintenance service to a broad range of customers. Signifying our capability to also subcontract into painting (internal and external) jobs.
Powercoat has the capacity to produce and develop full range of coil coating products and other special coating requirements of customers in its own plant. The plant is equipped with modern grinding and mixing machines, and other manufacturing equipments. The company also takes pride in its laboratory and the competence and skills of its chemists and laboratory technicians. Further, our laboratory is equipped with a colorimeter that helps to facilitate color matching, an imported QUV apparatus to measure the weathering resistance of the paint finish, an oven, a gloss meter and other laboratory equipments that are vital in testing the quality of raw materials up to finish products. Executive and administrative offices are likewise located within the compound.

Being the first to introduce the self-priming topcoats benefiting our clients in terms of reduced cost of materials and lower processing cost.
The air-dry coating system for backcoat and primer, also for lower cost of manufacture and elimination of unnecessary use of ovens.
The pioneer in the multi-color effect, which gives additional aesthetic to the metal roofing business and their customers, making Powercoat as the benchmark of other competitors in this particular product line, and the development of a clearcoat product for concrete roofing tiles utilizing imported materials in collaboration with local and foreign suppliers and in partnership with our customer.
